VW DIRECT SALES AWARDS

Pyramid were delighted to work again with Volkswagen Fleet Services to produce the 'Direct Sales Conference & Awards Evening 2010' at Whittlebury Hall in January 2010.

Scheduling required us to provide a flexible design which combined conferencing as well as an awards style setup within a very short period of time. We achieved this by using a formal white set for the day conference and then transforming this with the addition of translucent glowing columns to set the mood for the evening's entertainment.

Our team worked tirelessly throughout the build to ensure that the evening setup including the seven piece band's audio requirements were prepped ensuring a smooth changeover between daytime and evening events. The team then reset the room ready for morning theatre style conference.

The five presenters were supported throughout the day by autocue, with their presentations relayed throughout the room via plasma screens ensuring a smooth delivery of key messages.

Evening guests were greeted with soft lighting and beautifully decorated tables, whilst enjoying a short awards ceremony and formal dinner. A seven piece soul band then kicked off the party, filling the dance floor for the remainder of the evening.
