At the beginning of September we moved into our new offices at the amazing new Pool Innovation
Centre. This fantastic facility provides a high quality environment for businesses, and boasts 'state of the art' conference facilities provided by Pyramid that can be hired out for events. We also have a
new dedicated member of staff, Andy Forward, who is our Business Development Manager for
Cornwall & Devon, and is based at the new office in Pool.

We value the relationships and support we have from all of our local customers, and as such wanted
to provide improved office facilities in Cornwall to ensure we provide the best levels of service and
support to our Cornwall based customers. We are therefore delighted to be able to provide the full
range of Audio Visual and Conference & Event services as detailed on the website. Andy will be in touch with our clients over the coming weeks to introduce himself and to build on our existing client relationships to meet your business requirements.

We are holding our exciting launch event at Pool Innovation Centre on Friday 22nd October starting
at 12 noon. This will include a tour of the new offices in Pool, an opportunity to meet the Pyramid
Team, and a presentation of our range of services followed by a buffet lunch. If you would like to
